Go Green Sanitation is the only carter on the North Fork that doesn't require yellow bags because they don't dump waste at the Southold Town Transfer Station. The town has stated publicly that they weren't concerned about yellow bags if the waste was transported out of the town. They've recently sought and were granted an injunction against Go Green Sanitation preventing them from collecting garbage that isn't in a Yellow Bag. We believe this is ridiculous, and the town should act immediately to ammend the town code.
